1. Shipping Information

1.1 UK Delivery
We offer delivery throughout the United Kingdom. Standard delivery times are 3–7 working days from the date of dispatch. All items are securely packaged to protect them during transit.

1.2 UK Delivery
We offer a flat shipping rate of £15 for all UK orders, regardless of size or weight. This includes careful packaging and fully tracked delivery.

1.3 International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping via the website. Please contact us at hello@beechesartcollective.com for bespoke quotes.

1.4 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days. Custom or made-to-order artwork may take longer, and estimated dispatch times will be provided on the product page.

2. Returns and Exchanges

2.1 Return Period
We want you to love the artwork you choose. If it doesn’t quite work in your space, returns are happily accepted within 14 days of delivery. Artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

2.2 How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@beechesartcollective.com with your order number and reason for return. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

2.3 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service for your protection.

2.4 Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
