By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

2. About Beeches Art Collective

Beeches Art Collective is an independent art business based in Herefordshire, United Kingdom.

We offer a curated collection of original artwork, vintage pieces, limited editions and other art and home products, many of which are individually framed and available as one-off pieces.

3. Products & Descriptions

We take care to ensure that product descriptions, measurements, photographs and other information displayed on our website are as accurate as possible.

Due to differences in screens, lighting and photography, colours may vary slightly from how they appear online.

Many of our artworks are original, vintage or individually framed. Minor variations, signs of age, imperfections or characteristics associated with handmade or vintage pieces may therefore be present. Where significant, we aim to make these clear within the product description or photographs.

Measurements are provided as accurately as possible but may vary slightly.

4. Availability

Many artworks available through Beeches Art Collective are one-off pieces and are therefore subject to availability.

Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once checkout has been successfully completed and you have received an order confirmation.

In the unlikely event that an artwork has been sold elsewhere or is otherwise unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated.

Prices include applicable UK taxes where required.

Payment must be made in full at checkout unless otherwise agreed for a commission or bespoke order.

For customers shopping outside the UK, prices may be displayed.
