Shipping policy

1. Shipping Information

1.1 UK Delivery

We offer free delivery throughout the United Kingdom, regardless of the size or value of your order.

All artworks are carefully packaged to protect them during transit and sent using a tracked delivery service.

Standard delivery times are approximately 3-7 working days from the date of dispatch.

1.2 US Delivery

We’re delighted to now offer delivery to the United States.

US delivery is charged at a flat rate of £45 per order. All artworks are carefully packaged and sent using a tracked courier service. Delivery usually takes 5-8 working days, although customs clearance may occasionally cause delays.

Please note that orders sent to the US may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or clearance fees on arrival. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated.

1.3 Other International Delivery

For delivery to countries outside the UK and US, please contact us at hello@beechesartcollective.com for a bespoke shipping quote.

1.4 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2-5 working days.

Custom, commissioned or made-to-order artwork may take longer. Where applicable, estimated dispatch times will be provided on the product page or confirmed directly with you.

2. Returns and Exchanges

2.1 Return Period

We want you to love the artwork you choose. If it doesn’t quite work in your space, returns are happily accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Artwork must be returned in its original condition and, wherever possible, in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

2.2 How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@beechesartcollective.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide you with the relevant return instructions.

2.3 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and appropriately insured delivery service, as returned items remain the customer's responsibility until they are received by us.

For international orders, including orders from the US, the customer is responsible for the cost of international return shipping.

2.4 Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to appear in your account following processing.
